Megan Belanger is an experienced oncology nurse navigator. She guides patients and families through every step of the cancer journey with compassion, clarity, and care. With over 13 years of dedicated oncology experience, Megan’s nursing career has been defined by her deep commitment to supporting individuals facing cancer—a passion inspired by her grandfather’s own battle with the disease. Megan began her career as a nursing assistant on oncology units before earning her Associate Degree in Nursing. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Spanish and is just a few classes away from completing her BSN. Her professional path has taken her from inpatient gynecologic oncology and hematology/oncology to outpatient infusion and navigation, both in Connecticut and Massachusetts. Known for her empathy, clinical excellence, and unwavering patient advocacy, Megan has been recognized with a DAISY Award for extraordinary nursing care and nominated for a second. Her work embodies the heart of oncology nursing—offering hope, education, and guidance when patients need it most.
